SHIPPING AND RETURNS POLICY

As per the Government guidelines we adhering to the current covid-19 restrictions in various parts of India, there may be a delay in your order, we are coordinating with our logistics partner to ensure the safe and earliest delivery of your package. Stay safe and shop from the convenience of your home from our website or WhatsApp us for personalized assistance.

Cancellation
We take request on cancellations and entertain them before the product is dispatched, once it's invoiced we cannot cancel the order. If you wish to cancel, we urge you to reach out to us as soon as possible at care@aarozandcompany.com We shall intimate you within 24hrs of receiving the email.

Any amount paid will be credited into the same payment mode using which the payment was made. Pre-paid transactions refund will be done within 10- 12 business days from the time of cancellations.

Cancellation won’t be acceptable once the product has been shipped.
REFUND
We offer 7 days Refund policy from the date of delivery. It will be only executed in case of the below conditions

The product needs to be in proper saleable condition with all tags intact. The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.

Once we receive the product we will do a thorough Quality check and will refund the money upon all quality standards being met.

Refunds will reflect in your account within 15 days of us receiving the product.

EXCHANGE
In case of exchange and return customer has to inform within 7 days of delivery.

Product must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged and in a saleable condition.

Product must be returned with all tags attached in its original condition along with all packing material, courier receipt, invoice & other papers.

Please ensure that all the returned items are packed securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.

Damaged or soiled products will not be accepted.

Product can only be exchanged if they meet our terms and conditions.

DOMESTIC ORDERS

As soon as you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email. Once the order is dispatched you will receive an email with a tracking number, which can be used to track your order on our shipping agents’ sites.

We ship through registered courier companies for orders within India as well as international orders.

domestic orders: are delivered within 2-15 business days.

Any additional taxes and customs charges that are levied by the destination country are to be borne by the customer. However, if you face any troubles there, we will be happy to help.
